Terms of Service – Nattely

Welcome to Nattely. These terms apply when you visit, shop or otherwise use our website and services. Please read them carefully – they are written to be clear and fair.
"We", "us" and "Nattely" refer to Dexer Olausson, a sole trader (enskild firma) registered in Sweden. Nattely is powered by Shopify as its technical platform.
About Nattely & Our Business Model
Nattely is an e-commerce store primarily serving customers in Norway and Sweden, with plans for global expansion. We sell carefully selected products within the pet niche.
We operate using a dropshipping model, meaning your orders are shipped directly from our supplier to you. We choose to be fully transparent about this: maintaining our own warehouse in Sweden or the EU would increase our purchase costs and retail prices by 3–5 times. Dropshipping allows us to offer quality pet products at competitive prices.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer. We take full responsibility for all orders and customer communication.
Section 1 – Access and Account
By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country. If you are a guardian, you are responsible for any minors using our services on devices you own or control.
To shop or create an account, we may ask for your name, email address, and billing and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and up to date, as well as for the security of your account. Your account is personal and may not be transferred to anyone else.
Section 2 – Our Products
We strive to make product images and descriptions as accurate as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings, which is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices and assortment without prior notice, and to restrict sales to certain regions or individuals.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nattely reserves the right to accept or decline orders. An order is only confirmed once you have received an order confirmation from us and your payment has been processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation is generally not possible once an order has been confirmed, as it is quickly forwarded to our supplier. Contact us immediately if you need assistance – we will always do our best to help.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our return and refund policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.
Section 4 – Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of ordering, as stated in your order confirmation. Prices do not include shipping, customs or import duties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is correct and valid. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, risk and ownership transfer to you as the customer.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All content on Nattely's website – including logos, text, images, graphics and design – belongs to Nattely or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our material for commercial purposes without written permission from Nattely.
Section 7 – Third-Party Tools
Nattely uses third-party tools as part of its platform, such as payment solutions and analytics services. These are provided as-is and we are not responsible for their performance or availability. Use is at your own risk.
Section 8 – Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content of these pages and recommend that you read their own terms and privacy policies before carrying out any transactions.
Section 9 – Nattely's Relationship with Shopify
Nattely is technically powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Nattely – not with Shopify. Shopify is not a party to the agreement between you and Nattely and bears no responsibility for products, damages or losses related to your purchases from us.
Section 10 – Personal Data
All personal information we collect is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood it. As we use Shopify as our platform, certain information may also be processed by Shopify under their privacy policy.
Section 11 – Reviews and Feedback
By submitting reviews, suggestions or other feedback, you grant Nattely the right to use, publish and adapt the material in our business without compensation.
You are responsible for ensuring your feedback is truthful and does not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content we consider inappropriate, offensive or misleading.
We also want to be clear that Nattely cannot fully verify the authenticity of all product reviews displayed in our store. Reviews are intended as guidance and reflect individual customer experiences, which may vary.
Section 12 – Errors and Inaccuracies
We work actively to keep information accurate and up to date. If errors occur in prices, descriptions or availability, we reserve the right to correct them and, if necessary, cancel affected orders. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
Section 13 – Prohibited Use
You may not use Nattely's services to:
- Violate laws or regulations in your country or internationally
- Harm, harass, threaten or mislead other users or us
- Spread viruses, malicious code, spam or other disruptive software
- Copy, scrape or commercially exploit our content or systems
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use automated tools, bots or AI agents to access the service without our approval
- Circumvent security features or technical restrictions on the website
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice.
Section 14 – Automated Agents and Bots
If you use or allow an automated system to interact with Nattely's services, that system must clearly identify itself as a bot in all requests. It may not imitate human behaviour, bypass captchas or security measures, or conceal that it is an automated system. We reserve the right to block or restrict such systems at our discretion.
Section 15 – Termination
We may at any time and without notice terminate your access to our services if we determine that you have violated these terms. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts up to the date of termination.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification and feedback remain in effect after termination.
Section 16 – Disclaimer of Warranties
Nattely's services and products are provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of products for a particular purpose, their quality or freedom from defects. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure or error-free.
Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected by this disclaimer.
Section 17 – Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nattely is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. This applies regardless of whether we have been informed of the risk of such damages.

Section 18 – Indemnification
You agree to hold Nattely harmless from claims, damages and costs – including reasonable legal fees – arising from your breach of these terms, applicable law or third-party rights.
Section 19 – Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid part will be replaced by a provision that as closely as possible reflects the original intent.
Section 20 – Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our privacy policy and return policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nattely. Previous communication, promises or agreements are superseded by these terms.
Section 21 – Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else without our written approval. Nattely reserves the right to assign the agreement, for example in the event of a change of ownership or restructuring.
Section 22 – Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should in the first instance be resolved through dialogue. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled by a Swedish court, with Värmlands tingsrätt as the court of first instance, being the court geographically corresponding to our registered address.
Consumers in Norway and other EU/EEA countries always have the right to invoke mandatory consumer protection rules in their home country, regardless of the above.
Section 23 – Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. The latest version is always available on our website. Continued use of the service after published changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
