At Nattely, we want your shopping experience to be as safe and straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
About Nattely & Our Business Model
Nattely is an e-commerce store primarily serving the Norwegian and Swedish markets, owned and operated by Dexer Olausson, registered as a sole trader (enskild firma) in Sweden. We sell carefully selected products within the pet niche.
We operate using a dropshipping model, meaning your order is shipped directly from our supplier to your door. We choose to be fully transparent about this: maintaining our own warehouse in Sweden or the EU would increase our purchase costs and retail prices by 3–5 times. Dropshipping allows us to offer quality pet products at competitive prices without unnecessary markups.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer. We take full responsibility for every order.
Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
Under applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at Support@nattely.com within the 14-day window.
Our Extended Return Policy – 90 Days
Beyond the legal minimum, we voluntarily offer a 90-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify, the following conditions must all be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – no signs of use, damage, or wear
- You must be able to provide your order confirmation or receipt
- You must photograph the item and its packaging before sending it back
- You must contact us and receive approval before sending any return – we do not accept unapproved returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene or product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:
- Pet food, treats, and supplements – once opened, these cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Pet care and grooming products intended for direct contact with animals, where hygiene is essential
- Products with a protective seal where the seal has been broken
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Sale items or products purchased at a discounted price, unless faulty
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before sending anything back.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible – ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Take clear photos of the item and its original packaging
- Email us at Support@nattely.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return address – do not send anything without prior approval
- Ship the item back at your own cost and share the tracking number with us
Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Address Changes
Changing your delivery address after placing an order is generally not possible after 5 minutes, as orders are forwarded to our supplier almost immediately. Contact us right away at Support@nattely.com if you need assistance – we will always do our best to help.
A Note on Reviews
We value honesty and transparency. Nattely cannot fully verify the authenticity of all product reviews displayed in our store. Reviews are intended as guidance and reflect individual customer experiences, which may vary.
